AU-AG AG, a Swiss Aktiengesellschaft incorporated under the Swiss Code of Obligations. Registered in the Canton of Zug — Switzerland's premier financial and technology jurisdiction.
🔒 INDEPENDENT CUSTODIAN
Physical metals are held by a FINMA-supervised Swiss custodian bank under a tri-party custody agreement. The custodian holds metals on behalf of token holders, not AU-AG AG.
📋 INDEPENDENT AUDITOR
Quarterly physical audits are conducted by a Big-4 affiliated Swiss audit firm. Full reports are published and their cryptographic hashes are recorded on-chain.
